The United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) are the core content of the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development, adopted by the United Nations on September 25, 2015. They include 17 comprehensive development goals such as eradicating poverty, promoting economic growth, and addressing climate change. 背景：“依托联合国 2030 可持续发展议程，由联合国训练研究所（UNITAR）上海国际培训中心（CIFAL Shanghai）发起，聚焦 4-26 岁青少年全人发展。”
Based on the UN 2030 Sustainable Development Agenda, initiated by UNITAR CIFAL Shanghai, focusing on the holistic development of teenagers aged 4-26.
愿景：“让每一位青少年成为具有全球视野、社会责任感的可持续发展践行者。”
Enable every teenager to become a sustainable development practitioner with global vision and social responsibility.
使命：“通过国际化教育实践，填补青少年全球素养培养的空白，助力个人成长与全球发展同频。”
Through international educational practices, fill the gap in global literacy cultivation for teenagers, and help personal growth align with global development.
Professional Structure to Ensure Project Quality

组织架构：“项目由 UNITAR 专家团队全程指导，CIFAL Shanghai 落地运营，联合教育、公益、科研等领域机构组成执行委员会。”
The project is guided by UNITAR experts, operated by CIFAL Shanghai, and an executive committee is formed with institutions from education, public welfare, and scientific research.

Cultivate cultural confidence and cross-cultural understanding through intangible cultural heritage experiences and international cultural exchanges, corresponding to SDGs “Cultural Diversity” and “Sustainable Cities”.
技能劳动（Skilled Labor）：“以职业体验、生活技能实践，提升动手能力与职业认知，对应 SDGs‘体面工作’‘可持续发展’目标。”
Enhance practical ability and career cognition through vocational experience and life skill practices, corresponding to SDGs “Decent Work” and “Sustainable Development”.
Age-based Cultivation to Match Growth Rhythm
分龄培养 适配成长节奏
分级体系：“4-6 岁（启蒙级・Enlightenment Level）→7-9 岁（进阶级・Progressive Level）→ 10-12 岁（拓展级・Expansion Level）→13-15 岁（深化级・Deepening Level）→16-18 岁（应用级・Application Level）→ 19-26 岁（领袖级・Leadership Level），每个阶段设置匹配认知与能力的实践任务。”
The “Progressive Level” (7-9 years old) focuses on basic social cognition, such as community environmental practices; the “Application Level” (16-18 years old) carries out transnational SDGs project collaboration.

学员证书：“完成阶段实践后，可获联合国训练研究所（UNITAR）认证的全人成长总证书（前期不区分科目证书，后续将推出科目细分证书），证书可在联合国官方系统查询，具备国际认可度。”
